Update...

I guess I should post an update about our situation, rather than just leaving you all hanging. Forgive me for slacking, but I didn't want to jinx anything by speaking too soon. Lone Oak ISD made the decision to promote from within, so it looks like Coach still has a job!! Woo Hoo!!! We love a steady paycheck --- and the Buffaloes!!

What a ride...

Football season has come to an end. Our Mighty Buffaloes lost their bid for the Area Championship to the McGregor Bulldogs. It rained almost the entire time we were playing and the turf was slick as ice. We had a hard time hanging onto the ball and staying on our feet.

As hard as this loss was, our Buffaloes have had a great season!! The boys have stepped up and shown our whole town how they were able to pull together and play with HEART and DETERMINATION!!!

We are so proud of them!!
